Hey Guys!!
So, I know it's been a week but you know...shit happens.
Apart from my week actually going reallllyyyy good, it's mainly due to my feeling Christmassey :/
I think it's due to the fact that over the Christmas period I told myself that I wouldn't be watching any YouTube or anything as I wanted to spend time with my friends and family and it's only now that I'm starting to catch up with all of the Vlogmas' so I'm really in the mood now to start my Christmas shopping...why?? what's wrong with me!! haha
Any way, just a little post to let you know that I'm still here and that more posts will be up soon if I can decide what to right :)

December Favourites!
Hey Guys!!
Happy National Sci-fi Dayy :)
So as I sit here with Captain America:Winter Solider on in the background, I completely forgot to do my December favourites and as I'm too ill to go and see the latest Hobbit film; The Hobbit: Battle of the Five Armies (insert sad music...) instead of lazying in bed which is soooo hard :( I thought I'd be more productive :D
So here's my favourites:
Food
Although at the end of the month I haven't really eat anything due to me being ill, I've been solidly relying on peppermint tea but the decaffeinated one as I read somewhere that it helps soothe a sore throat and it actually has helped and has made me slightly obsessed...not gonna lie... :/

Food

So before I got ill and I was still feeling festive, gammon was the one. Not going to lie, I had it 3 days in a row... guilty pleasure number 2486982.
Make-up & Beauty
Of course the festive season wouldn't be the same without glitter, red, greens and nudes and surprise surprise, that's no exception for me :) For the majority of December, until about the time of New Year, I've had Essie's 'a-list' on and I've got to say, for 2 weeks, I only had to do touch-ups once. Once!!
After Christmas I literally hardly wore any make-up obviously, but I haven't forgotten about my skin especially as it's now Winter and I'm more prone to chapped lips, dry skin etc. so what I've been reallly loving is the Garnier Pure Active Wasabi Scrub. This scrub is soooo good :) It fights the appearance of imperfections and is really great if you have oily skin that's prone to imperfections and although it doesn't really have the best smell, it sure does work. If you apply this to damp skin, work into the skin using circular motions and wipe off with warm water and what I like to do then is whilst my skin's still a tad damp is apply my moisturiser then as I don't have to use as much :) p.s. there's also a gel if you're skin doesn't react well to scrubs as the beads in this formula are quite harsh on the skin, but I like that :D
Fashion
At the end of the year, I haven't been out hardly at all, so I've been lounging around in my Christmas pj's but when I have been out I've been obsessed with this new jacket I got from Matalan but I can't seem to find it on their website, but it's a long blazer kind of jacket that's bright cobalt blue with 3/4 sleeves and I just love it. I paired it with a plain black crop top from Topshop, my ripped black jeans from New Look and my faux croc slip on shoes from Topshop as well for my friends family party on New Years Eve but because my camera is being poopy and refuses to turn on so I've got to take that to my camera shop and get it sorted but as soon as I have, I'll take photos of it for my future look-book :)
TV/Music
FOUR!! FOUR!! FOUR!! Yes, One Direction's new album, Four, is definitely the album of the month for me. Just between me and you, I know all the words, that's how much I've listened to it. Out of all of the songs, Fireproof, Ready to Run, Where Do Broken Hearts Go, 18, Fool's Gold, Night Changes, Girl Almighty and Stockholm Syndrome are my favourite, which after typing these I've just found out that's nearly all of them...oh well ;)
As well as listening to this non stop, I've also been watching Father Ted. It's set on a fictional island called Craggy Island near Ireland and is based around 3 priests, Father Ted Crilly who's essentially the main character who lives with Father Dougal McGuire who's very simple and says some of the funniest things ever and Father Jack Hackett who's a loud-mouthed drunk who doesn't care about anything alongside their housekeeper Mrs. Doyle who loves making tea. If you get chance to watch it, watch my favourite episode 'Night of the Living Dead'.

2015!!!
Hey Guys!!!
Happy New Year!! :D
So...I've been ill. No, it's fine nothing to worry about, nothing serious :)
Anyway, I just wanted to apologise for not posting for a week, although that's not really a surprise coming from me is it ;) but I just thought it'd be nice to find out how you're Christmas and New Year went?
Christmas for me is probably one of my favourite times of the year, aside from Halloween and although I wasn't as excited as I normally am due to being bloody ill :'( I got lots of beautiful presents and got to spend it with family, got to see my friends on Christmas Eve and my other family members on Boxing Day.
After being stuffed full of turkey, beef, chicken and copious amounts of gammon, I can safely say I'm beat! haha :) And then it happened...
I got ill. Cold/flu. Cough. Headache. So what did I do for New Year's Eve??? NOTHING!!! :'( I was supposed to go to my friends house, but couldn't so instead watched Alan Carr's Christmas Special and dozed off on the settee until the fireworks started going off and went straight to bed. I know. Boring huh?
But one thing I've learnt from being ill is that I've had a lot of time to think about things whilst drinking peppermint tea is that I think I finally found out what I want to do...but that's between me and...me :)
So, in the comments below let me know how you're Christmas/New Year's Eve went and I hope you were safe and sensible and got the 'hottie' to kiss under the mistletoe ;)

Officially Winter :)
Hey Guys!!
So, today is officially the 1st day of winter!!! Woop!
Now, although it's not really my favourite season, I still get excited about things like:
- Wearing layers without sweating like a pig :O
- Drinking endless cups of tea and hot chocolate without being judged ;)
- Christmassey scents <3
- The cold (I know the majority of people loove the heat, but nahh :) )
Am I the only one though who thought that winter was already here and that as soon as bonfire night is over and done with that it's automatically winter?
So I didn't blog yesterday as I thought I'd give myself a little break to try and come up with more blog ideas not only for the rest of the month but also for next month like hauls, advice etc. but if you can think of anything, please let me know in the comments and I'll get back to you. It really would help both me and you, because I don't know what you lot want to be reading as I'm just writing what I think you'd like, but I am enjoying it don't get me wrong :D Also, don't forget to subscribe for more up-to-date blog posts!

Foundation Friday.
Hey Guys!
Happy Friday! Woop! Woop! The weekend is practically here :)
So, I thought today I'd give you a little insight what foundation I use everyday and then when I go out with friends etc. so let's get started! :D
My typical every day, or when I can be bothered to put make-up on, I'll always use my LOreal Paris True Match Foundation. This foundation is amazing, like really. Before other foundations that I've used don't really agree with my skin as I literally have crap skin...I get an oily t-zone but at the same time I get dry at the end of my nose and sometimes my cheek so I really do have combination skin.
But, because this foundation is very liquidy unlike the Rimmel London Wake Me up Foundation which is more dense and has to be worked more into the skin to look 'flawless' but with the LOreal one, it hardly needs any work at all. It doesn't cling to my dry nose and only slightly mattifies my t-zone but that can be covered up by my Rimmel London Stay Matte powder.
On weekends or whenever I go out, I'll use something that has more of a lasting finish to it and that doesn't require too much powder to hide my shiny face :3 so I'll use my Rimmel London Match perfection Foundation. The consistency is a little bit harder to work with than my LOreal True Match Foundation but this means you can work it into the skin and it's build-able!
All of these foundations are much more affordable than the high brand ones :) If there are any other foundations that you think I'll like, please leave them in the comments box below and I'll be sure to check them out.

Xmas Tag.
Hey Guys!!
So today I thought I'd make you all, and even me, feel more Christmassey by doing a Xmas tag. Okayy, let's get cracking! ;) get it, cracking - crackers. Okay...never mind.
These questions were based on this Christmas video from Zoella.
Question 1 - When do you start getting excited about Christmas?
Well, I personally get excited for Christmas around the start of November but as my dad's birthday is at the end of November, we're not allowed to decorate the house until his birthday has gone and then we go bat shit crazy!! hahaa :D
Question 2 - Do you still have advent calenders?
This year is the first year EVER that I haven't had an advent calender... I know :'( but it's mainly because I really wanted a change and wanted to get a beauty one as I'm a fashion/beauty blogger I wanted to put some of my new discoveries on here and sharing them with you lot, but they were either waaayyy too much money or they hadn't got any in stock. But, I think it's a bit too late now to buy an advent so...
Question 3 - What are your favourite Christmas films?
Hands down the Grinch. Slowly followed by Elf, but I just bloody love the Grinch. Like...oh my god :'D I'm not one of these people who sits and watches the soppy Christmas films like The Holiday or Love Actually. I mean, don't get me wrong they're good films, but they don't make me feel Christmassey...
Question 4 - Do you have any funny Christmas memories?
Nope. Not that I can think of. My family are quite traditional and we just have a laugh together and I think those memories should be kept with us.
Question 5 - Talk us through your typical Christmas day?
Well, before me and my sister used to wake up at around 5, sneak downstairs and look at all of our presents, but because I'm slightly getting a bit more lazy ;) now when I'd wake around 8, go downstairs and my family would be sitting next to their pile of presents. Then we'd open half of them, have a bacon sandwich and a cup of tea and carry on opening our presents. After that, wed go to my nans where I'd see the rest of my family and we'd have a massive lunch and be really festive and shit :D
Question 6 - What do you eat for Christmas dinner?
Everything and anything...apart from sprouts...and parsnips...so not anything and everything...awks. But yeah, we normally have about 3 or 4 different meats, lots and lots of veggies and Yorkshire puddings and stuffing but because my nan is a veggie, we have an alternative for her. We'll then have Christmas pudding, mince pies, Yule logs etc... and after that we'll have a massive cheese board and I'd probably have put on an extra couple of pounds...not sorry :D
Question 7 - Do you have any Christmas traditions?
Our Christmas mornings and opening of our presents is probably a tradition and we always go to my nans but apart from that there's nothing else. I'm proper boring aren't I?!?!
Question 8 - Which are your favourite Christmas songs?
To be honest, I looovveee any Christmas song, whether it's the classic white girl Mariah Carey tune or Shakin' Stevens, there isn't any Christmas song that I don't enjoy. haha :)
Question 9 - What is the best Christmas present you've ever received?
Oh my god...is it bad that I don't pick my favourite present...I'm just sooo grateful that I even received presents that I find it hard to pick my favourite one, but anything to do with food, fashion or make-up, I'm a happy bunny :3
Question 10 - Real or fake Christmas tree?
Personally, I bloody love real Christmas trees, but because some of my family members get itchy around them, we've always had to have fake ones and even though I still feel festive with a fake tree, when I get my own place, I WILL get a real one :))

Woman crush Wednesday.
Hey guys!!
Happy hump day! :D (Google it if you don't know)
Like on Instagram, I thought I'd do my Woman Crush Wednesday but in blog form, now if you don't know or haven't heard what this is, it's basically a day dedicated to showing your love for your favourite woman of the week, whether that be a family member, a celebrity whatever you want but it has to be of a woman origin :) but don't fear Monday is the day dedicated for your man of the week 'Man crush Monday', but because it's Wednesday, it would only be right.
Anyway, my Woman crush for this Wednesday is Miss Taylor Swift <3 <3
Can we all just take a minute, like seriously. Gorgeous. Talented. Amazing. Say whattt?!?!?!?
As well as her stunning face, she's also pretty talented. I know right?!? :D
Her album 1989 is her fifth studio album and sold 1.287 million in the first week of it's release. If that doesn't impress you, I don't know what will.
